About O’Donoghue & Marais Incorporated:

O’Donoghue & Marais Incorporated is a young and dynamic firm with ethics and integrity. We practice in civil law, family law, labour law, deceased estates, conveyancing and many other fields of the law.

The firm was established in January 2014 after, the directors at that time, saw a need for an approach where the aim was not to waste valuable resources. We offer a modern and practical approach to the legal practice customized to each and every client’s specific need.

Grizel Marais obtained her LLB degree from UNISA in 2010 and was admitted as an attorney in 2013.

Werner Vermaak obtained his B.A degree and LLB degree from the North West University in Potchefstroom in 2015 and 2016 respectively and was admitted as an attorney in 2019. Mr. Vermaak joined the firm as director from 2023.

Our firm aims to assist each and every client with their unique matter to the best of our ability to ensure that we preserve a continuous and fruitful working relationship.
